Hey there! I can't believe I'm writing my first blog post after of break of 4 years! I've been posting some youtube videos here and there but today I'm sharing with you my proper article in years.
I reviewed recently some Kylie Cosmetics products and I'm so excited to share with you my first thoughts. So let's take these one by one.
Kylie Cosmetics Kyliner - This gets a big thumbs up from me. Very easy to apply, glided on very smoothly and this is said by someone who usually doesn't get on with pencil eyeliners. I always prefer the liquid eyeliners.
Kylie Cosmetics Kylighter - Absolutely stunning Highlighter! So pigmented, very bright and so much shimmer! I used my Real Techniques brush to apply it on my cheeks and my fingers for nose and cupid's bow.
I made a Youtube video with all the products, so stay tunned for more xx
Considering a visit to the Emerald Isle? Here are some of the ways you can get the absolute most out of a trip to beautiful Ireland.
Discover History and Culture
Ireland has a complicated, fascinating religious history and culture and history surrounding this is clear to see. The increase in church building in the nineteenth century was what contributed to the evolution of towns, where some Catholic churches became the focus of a religious precinct of related buildings, Today, there are abbeys, cathedrals, friaries and monasteries that you can take in and walk around and get a real glimpse into the past. More recent history is visible in the Titanic Experience in Cobh, detailing the ship and it’s first and final voyage. You can also see the Kilmainham Gaol in Dublin, a former prison which is now a museum. Culturally, Ireland has many made fantastic musical contributions to the world, and you can experience this by attending one of the numerous festivals or even enjoying the nightlife in a club in a major city! Being the richest store of mythology in northern Europe, there’s lots to discover about Ireland’s literary contributions too. You can visit the National Leprechaun Museum of Ireland, attend guided tours or visit places of mythological interest such as Giant’s Causeway. Interlocking hexagonal columns jut up from the water, fitting together almost perfectly, in this stunning coastal rock formation. The legend goes that this is where Scottish giant Benandonner threatened Ireland and was defeated by hero Finn who dressed up as a giant baby!
Take in The Breathtaking Scenery
There are a number of reasons why Ireland is famous for its landscapes, and it’s enormous variety is just one of them. While there are many rolling hills of green (no wonder it’s called ‘the Emerald Isle) there’s significantly more going on too. There are incredible waterways such as rivers, canals and lakes. There are sandy beaches and awe- inspiring mountains, cliffs and underground caves to explore, all will all provide you with plenty of amazing views to take in. Visit Galway’s mystical tombs, or the Mourne Mountains that inspired the Narnia series by CS Lewis. There are some incredible national parks too, Glenveagh National Park in County Donegal attracts outdoorsy folk from across the land. You can go hiking, fishing, bird watching or just enjoy an afternoon tea with a mountain view! Connemara National Park is another to visit, is famous for (and named after) its herd of native Connemara Ponies and its wild countryside. Giving awesome views of the Twelve Bens mountain range and the magnificent Kylemore Abbey, a former monastery housed in one of Ireland’s most beautiful castles. If you want to get outside, get active and enjoy some views that will knock your socks off then Ireland certainly won't disappoint.
Visit The Vibrant Cities
As well as magnificent natural scenery, Ireland is also home to some incredible vibrant, bustling and exciting cities. Dublin, Galway, Limerick and Derry are just a few that you could visit if you’re after fantastic dining, shopping and tourist attractions. Cork is a particularly nice one, you have the famous English Market which is made-up of Princes Street Market and Grand Parade Market. It’s regarded for its mid-19th century architecture, and locally produced artisan food; it’s considered to be one of the best markets in Ireland. If you’re staying in the city, find good accommodation like the the Shandon Cork City Hotel to make your visit extra special. A cheap alternative is to consider camping, despite being a city there are still numerous campsites which can bring a fun element to your trip. With so much to see and do in cities, to get the most out of your trip your best bet would be to plan and write an itinerary, that way you can see, experience, dine and stay in all of the places that have the most appeal to you.
Chat With The Friendly Locals
It’s well known across the globe that the Irish people are one of the friendliest cultures in the world. When you visit the country, you’ll find the Irish to be genuinely warm and welcoming, and there are few more enjoyable ways of understanding of the inhabitants of this fascinating country than with a chat with a local. One of the reasons why Irish people are so friendly is because they have grown up in a culture that is laid back and relaxed. The social environment is very different from most places- it’s common to strike up a conversation with a complete stranger with the popular saying, “to make a friend; you must be a friend” ringing true.
I'M WEARING: Polka dot bodysuit - BOOHOO
Vinyl leggings - BOOHOO
It's been ages since the latest outfit post. My blog's been really dying and that's because it's hard to balance uni, work and blogging. But I found an hour to take some pics with my newest items from Boohoo which are so cool. I styled this polka dot bodysuit with these berry vinyl leggings plus the aviator inspired glasses and the very 80's earrings. What do you think about the vinyl leggings? would you dare to wear them?

This year's theme was “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination” And these are the best looks in my opinion. Completely slayed! Some of the worst looks includes: Kendall Jenner, Miley Cyrus or Kylie Jenner. Gigi was pretty boring comparing to last year.
Which look is your favourite?
Spring
1. Add more Pot Plants
Nothing is worse than an empty room without plants. Apart from the lack of the oxygen, it's ugly and untracttive and actually looks like an unpopulated space. Of course, I'm not saying to transform your place into a jungle but you do need some pot plants, like these ones:
How amazing this looks? I really like this thing with plants in the air and these wall boxes are such a nice statement for the minimalism lovers. These look even better than some paintings you would add on the wall.
2. Change the Curtains!
Mine are a such a shame - gray and beige. And just look so boring and depressing. I would definetely go for these Green Curtains with white leaf print which are so fresh and bright. It likes add life to your place. The combination of white and green is just magical and this really influences your state of mind, because the colours are an important element in decoration and not only.
3. Invest in candelabres
Oh man, I'm actually a sucker when it comes to these elegant pieces of art, especially those made of wood. In the "happy years" I used to decorate the dinner table with these on special occasions. (or maybe my mum used to) but this brought such a pleasent-nice vibe. It's such a visual satisfaction! The one we had was very unique, in the shape of an old man smoking a cigar.

There’s nothing better than sending off for an adventure, with only your love one for company! Exploring new sights, soaking up the atmosphere of distant, enchanting cities and places: it’s enough for anyone to feel loved up. Of all the places suitable for a loved-up couple, none as magical as Australia. There you can do anything and everything, from sipping wine at the vineyard to strolling through the country’s famously cool and laid-back cities. Below, we take a look at a few romantic activities that await couples travelling to the Land Down Under.
Hit the Wineries
Australia’s wineries have two main things going for them: they’re always set in beautiful places, and the wine is delicious! There are more than sixty different wine regions scattered across the country, so wherever you’re travelling to, you’ll have somewhere nearby. Rent a car, and take a drive into the country. You can hit up all the best wines the country has to offer, all the while exploring Australia’s extensive natural beauty. A romantic way to spend a day by anyone’s standards!
Romantic City Adventures
It’s not hard to find romance when you’re visiting Melbourne or Sydney. The cities have love running through their veins! You can make your trip extra special by upping the romance level. If you’re in Melbourne, take a look at https://www.sailfree.com.au/Australia/Melbourne/ and explore the city from the comfort of your chartered yacht. If you’re in Sydney, then take a trip to one of the city’s famously picturesque beaches and watch the sunset arm in arm with your loved one. Being a couple will never have felt so good!
A View from Above
Does your love take you to a higher plane? Then don’t just lie in metaphor land: make it a reality. By taking a hot air balloon ride, you’ll be able to enjoy the true majesty of the Australian landscape, all the while clinking a toast to love and life with a glass of champagne. We can’t say for sure what makes being suspended in a wicker basket high above the ground so romantic, but it somehow speaks to love - and that’s just the way we like it.
Go off the Beaten Path
Love doesn’t always have to be intimate dinners in cosy restaurants. Some of the best adventures we have with our loved ones are when we’re out in the wild somewhere, enjoying each other’s company, in a state that can only be described as “back to basics.” There’s nothing wrong with getting primal every now and again! If you don’t like the idea of tent camping, then take a look at glamping. It’s a luxury way to spend a night under a billion stars, and boy is it fun!
Take a Drive
Finally, take a look at renting a car and driving along the Great Ocean Road. You’ll just have you, your music, and beautiful landscape after beautiful landscape; Oh, and your love, too! A magical way to spend a day.
London is a great city with so much to see and do but it’s pretty big so getting around can be a bit of a pain. Most people tend to use the tube because it’s quick and easy, and it doesn’t cost that much. The only problem is if you spend all of your time getting around the city on the tube, you’re going to be underground for half of your trip. You’ll miss out on all the great stuff along the way and you won’t have the opportunity to discover a lot of the hidden gems that the city has to offer. Next time you visit London, why not try some of these alternative ways to get around.
Walking
London is a big place so if you’re heading for somewhere across the city, walking is out of the question unless you want to waste half a day. But so many people end up getting the tube for just one or two stops which just isn’t necessary. You should use public transport for some of the longer trips but if you’re only going a short distance, there’s no reason why you can’t just walk it.
Boris Bikes
The best known legacy of the ex mayor of London is surely the Boris Bikes. While walking is a good way to see more of the city, sometimes it isn’t viable. If you still want to see the sights while you’re getting around but it’s too far to walk, why not try cycling? The Boris Bikes are popular with tourists and locals alike, many of whom use them to get to work. It’s a really easy system to use, just grab a bike from one of the many stations and ride where you need to go, then drop the bike off and the money will be taken off your card.
Rickshaws
If you want the sightseeing benefits of cycling but you don’t fancy doing all of that legwork while you’re on your holidays, get a rickshaw instead. See v london city for more information on where to find them. They’ll usually cost you a bit more than a cab but if the weather is nice, it’s a pleasant way to get around. They’re also a great option for people that are concerned about the environment because you’re not contributing to carbon emissions whatsoever.
Thames Boats
The tube and bus systems are a good way of getting around but they get pretty busy, especially during rush hour. If you’re after a more relaxing way of getting from A to B that’s still efficient, the Thames Boat services are perfect. They run regularly and they’re a lot quicker than you’d think. There’s a restaurant on board where you can get a quick bite to eat while you travel and there’s even Wifi if you’re visiting the city for work. Seeing the city from the river while you travel is a whole new way to experience London.
As you may know, I am a big foodie and a huge fan of asian cuisine. Maybe you remember this korean recipe I posted a while ago. Especially after moving here, in London. With lots of restaurants and takeaways. One of my favourite recipe is Stir-fry noodless. Very quick and easy, and of course mega delicious. In the past french fries or chips (how you call them in UK) with fried eggs and sauseges, used to be my favourite meal. Now is without any doubts - Stir-fry noodless. Today I made this yummy delicious meal again. But with something more healthy - Soybean Noodless, gluten free and organic. From Yutaka - a pioneer of Japanese food in UK. Yutaka noodless are very good, with the authentic taste of natural homemade ingredients. Here is my recipe for Stir-fry noodless.
You will need:
- 2 Spring onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tp of minced ginger
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2-3 carrots
- snow peas
- soy sauce
- black toasted sesame seeds
The fun part starts now. Cook the noodless acording to the package, rinse and dry well with cold water to not get sticky.Chop your veggies: garlic, ginger and green onions. Then the rest of all. Quickly fry the garlic with ginger (1 min) then add the rest of the veggies. Cook well and add the nodless, then add soy sauce or tamari soy sauce. Fry for about 3 min, then add the spring onions.
Garnish with black toasted sesame seeds. You can add of course chicken or shrimps, depends how you like more. Mine was a vegetarian type, which was absolutely delicious!
Bon appetit!
If you are due to go on holiday then you will know what an exciting experience it can be. You may find that the whole thing is thrilling and that you have so much to do and so much to see. On top of this, you also have to think about packing and how you are going to prepare for your trip and this is harder than it seems.
Insurance and the Boring Details
Before you leave home, you need to make sure that you find a reputable travel provider who can actually meet your needs in terms of your cover. If you have a medical condition then it is a good idea to make sure that this is going to be covered and you also need to make sure that your insurance provider is aware of any activities that you are going to be taking part in as well. If you know that you’ll be bungee jumping then your insurance provider may want to know about this before you go in and claim for a broken leg. You will also need to make sure that you have enough medication to last you for the duration of your trip as well, and that you are always trying to do everything you can to ensure you have your contact details set in place if you do happen to experience an emergency.
Bookings
When you do start booking, you need to look out for the best car rental deals. When you do this, you can easily find out everything you need to know and you can even base your trip around this as well. It also helps to leave your hotel details with a relative so they know where you are going to be staying. If you have a trip booked for when you get there or if you are taking part in any recreational activities then make sure that you have a way to get there. If you are planning on using a car-hire service then you won’t have any issues, but if you don’t then it helps to ring the hotel in advance so that they can arrange the booking for you.
Clothes and Sunscreen
The next thing that you need to do is make sure that you are packing the appropriate clothes for your trip. You have to make sure that you have enough clothing to last you for the duration of your holiday and you also have to make sure that you are packing properly as well. For example, if you are planning on seeing the sights then it helps to have a bag that you can zip up and carry with you as this will help to prevent thieves from targeting you. If you are going to the beach then it helps to have a beach bag that can carry your sunscreen and even your personal belongings as well. If you are not sure what you’re going to need then remember it is more than possible for you to buy clothes when you are there, but this can be expensive so by planning in advance, you can be sure to have the best time possible.
There’s a difference between enjoying going out shopping and being a shopaholic. Enjoying going round all of the shops and trying on new clothes is amazing, but when you find yourself in a position where you can’t help but overspend and you’re always in debt, it can become a problem. A problem that can be hard to break out of alone, and more often than not a debt that has been accrued through overspending on unnecessary items is hidden and unknown to those closest to them for a long time. If this is something that you struggle with, then here are some tips on how to break the habit of being a shopaholic.
Force yourself to think before making a purchase
Much alike being on a diet, a great piece of advice is to force yourself into thinking about whether you really need to buy what you’re holding onto. Giving yourself at least ten minutes to properly think about it before heading to the checkout is often a perfect chance to regain clarity and more often than not, you will find that you put back that dream handbag that you don’t really need.
Leave your cards and cash at home whenever possible
Unless you know that you’re going to need to use your cards or cash for essentials like food or travel, leave your money at home so that you have no way of spending the money. A simple, yet effective way of stopping yourself from spending. If you’re really looking to break the habit, it might be a good idea to cut up any cards you have spent on so that it’s impossible to do it anymore.
Borrow money
Paying off your current owed money will help you concentrate on never getting back into that position again. Consider borrowing money so that you can pay off all of your debts and then concentrate on paying back just one thing each month. Take a look at these small personal loans, you’ll be surprised at how quickly your troubles could be eliminated!
Find a hobby
Another way of stopping yourself from indulging in new pieces of clothing that you don’t really need is to find yourself a hobby. Hobbies can take your mind off things and they don’t have to cost the earth, if any money at all! Think about what else you enjoy doing and pursue it as a hobby and before you know it you will have forgotten all about the need to go out shopping. Take a look at this list of hobbies that are completely free and see if any of them take your fancy!
Finally, tell someone about the issues that you are going through so that you can gain some support to turn to if you’re feeling like you might break. The support and understanding of a loved one can help massively, so don’t keep it a secret!
It's been a long time since I posted a proper outfit. But here we are again, wearing my beloved old shearling jacket, this time paired with my "to go" thing: beret. This look is like from one month ago, when I was home, very spontaneous. My hairstyle looks completely different now, like my whole life. Next week I'm starting Masters here, and I am beyond excited. Everything new and challenging, starting from language and ending with the course itself. I believe, is gonna be alright, or at least, fingers crossed.
