If you don't know,I confess you: I adore cooking! Especially soups and seafood,because I'm more into seafood than meat and trying to avoid it as much as I can.I had in my mind for a lot of time this recipe and always wanted to try it,after seeing this kind of meal in those fancy instagram pics of big bloggers.So,I made it! Even if it's a classic and you can google it,I'll show you my type,which is basically the same.It's fresh,fast and mega delicious! It's ready in about 10 minutes.I hope you will give it a try.

You'll need:

1. One kilo of fresh mussels (for two persons)

2. One onion

3. Three gloves of garlic

4. Rosemary

5. Thyme

6. Bay leaves

7. A glass of white wine (I used Chardonnay)

8. Parsley

9. Some butter

How to: Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the chopped onion and garlic and cook untill onion becomes a bit golden.Add rosemary,thyme,bay leaves and mix well.Then add the wine and after 3 minutes add the mussels (you must clean them very well before) and mix very well.Add some chopped parsley,cook 5 minutes and voila! You can serve them together with some fries.Insanely good!

Recent am comandat de pe Asos pentru prima dată și sunt foarte mulțumită.Au niște reduceri tare bunicele și am profitat procurându-mi încălțămintea ideală pentru primăvară.Livrarea a fost surpinzător de rapidă,a durat o zi și asta e uimitor pentru regiunea în care mă aflu.Abia aștept să le port.Botinele din a doua poză sunt excelente pentru timpul de afară,nemaivorbind de faptul că sunt uber nice dar și chunky,așa cum îmi plac.

Here is the latest shoe update in my wardrobe.A bunch of beautiful babies I bought recently.The first ones are from Asos and I have to confess you:It's the first time I ordered from them and I'm still surprised by the shipping.Arrived in only one day! How amazing is that? Their sale is huge.Now I'm wearing the black chunky boots from the 2nd pic almot every day.So comfy,cozy and the heel is just perfect!
